NOTICE: Due to the loss of our primary venue, the Monday Contact Class (and Jam) are Suspended until further notice.
Held weekly before the jam, the Monday All Levels Contact Class appropriate for dancers, movers, and people at all levels of experience.
Class will include a warm up to prepare the body to move.
It’s recommended you arrive early to secure parking, and have time to arrive physically and energetically before we begin.

If this is your first time attending the jam or a class since we restarted post-COVID, you must register before participating. This is required once, though you will sign in, in person, before each visit.
